1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the VeyVix website (veyvix.com) and to software we sell directly, such as our WordPress plugin. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
DataflowSEO is a separate product operated by us with its own terms of service, including its credit and refund rules. When you use DataflowSEO, its terms apply to that service.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site and contact us freely. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it at scale, no probing for vulnerabilities without permission, and no sending unlawful or abusive content through our forms.
3. Software licences
3.1 What you buy
When you buy a product you receive a licence to use it, not ownership of it. The licence is personal, non-transferable and limited to the number of sites or activations shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
3.2 Licence keys
We email a licence key after payment is confirmed. Keep it private. If a key is shared or used beyond its limits we may deactivate it.
3.3 Updates and support
The product page states how long updates and support are included. Updates and support after that period may need a renewal.
3.4 What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the software or your key.
- Remove licence checks or copyright notices.
- Use the software to break the law or to harm others.
WordPress plugins are released under the terms stated with the product. Where a component carries an open-source licence, that licence governs that component.
4. Payment, currency and taxes
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are shown on the product page, and taxes are added where required. If you pay in a currency other than the one the price is set in, a conversion fee may be shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Nothing renews automatically unless the product page says so before you pay. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Data accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website and our products accurate and available, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on this site is general and is not professional advice. Search results and rankings depend on third parties, so we cannot guarantee any SEO outcome.
7. Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end a licence if these terms are broken, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Where this happens without fault on your side, we will refund as set out in the refund policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify customers before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and software are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you where you live.
