Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

1. What this covers

This policy covers the VeyVix website and the software we sell directly, such as the WordPress plugin. DataflowSEO has its own privacy policy that covers its dashboard, MCP server and Google account connections. We operate from India and handle information under the laws that apply to us there.

2. Information we collect

2.1 When you contact us

Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, so we can reply.

2.2 When you buy

Your name and email address, and the order details (product, amount, time and payment reference). We use the email to deliver your licence key and receipts. Payment is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

2.3 Licence data

For licensed software we keep a record of your licence key (stored in hashed form), its status and the sites it is activated on, so we can check the licence and provide updates.

2.4 Technical data

Our servers log standard request data such as IP address, browser, device and access time, for security and reliability.

2.5 Cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

2.6 Children

Our website and products are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

3. How we use and share information

We use your information to reply to you, process orders, deliver and license software, send messages about your purchase, keep our systems secure, and meet legal and tax duties. We share it only with the services that help us do this:

  • Razorpay, to process payments.
  • An email delivery provider, to send licence keys, receipts and replies.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers, to run the site.
  • Authorities, where the law requires or to protect rights and safety.

If VeyVix is involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.
  • We do not use your messages or order data to train general AI models.

5. How long we keep information

We keep contact messages while we need them to help you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Licence records are kept while the licence is active. After that we delete or anonymise information.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service, as provided by laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise a right, use the contact form and choose the topic “Privacy or data request”. We may need to verify your identity first.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), store licence keys only in hashed form, limit staff access, and keep payment details with Razorpay. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party links

Our site links to other websites, including DataflowSEO. This policy covers only our own data collection, so please read the policies of sites you visit.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify active customers before they take effect, and the date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Contact and grievances

For privacy questions or complaints, use the contact form. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and resolve them within 30 days.
